In case you receive a damaged product or the product has a manufacturing error. We can offer you a free replacement or refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery with appropriate photos of the product issue. This way, we can then send this information through to our manufacturer and give you a free replacement or refund.

If you ordered the wrong size or you simply changed your mind about your order we unfortunately do not offer any refund or returns since our products are only manufactured on order.
