- Clothing:
- Decals & Accessories:
*There is a 15% import fee on all shipments entering the US from August 29 onwards. This fee is charged by FedEx and paid by the customer upon delivery or through a payment request sent in advance. Clothing orders are not affected, as all apparel for US customers is printed and shipped directly from within the US.
- Production:
All of our clothing is freshly printed once you place your order. Production typically takes 2 business days but can take up to 5. Once your order is ready, it will be shipped out, and you’ll receive an email with a tracking link.
- Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs vary depending on your location and the items in your order. Exact costs will be calculated at checkout based on your region.
- Track Your Order:
You’ll receive a tracking link to follow your order from dispatch to delivery. While we provide estimated delivery times based on carrier information, we can’t guarantee exact delivery dates. If you have concerns about your order’s status, feel free to reach out to us.
- Lost or Damaged Packages:
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and make sure you receive your order.
